ATLANTIC BLUET DAMSELFLY
I looked up this in my new dragonfly and damselfly book. Even with this new reference book to help me id this little critter, I'm sure I have it wrong. Until someone with more knowledge comes along and says it's something else, right now it's a pretty little blue damselfly.
