GRAND CANYON STAR PATTERN
My Corporate Director and Wife, Robin, and I went to the Grand Canyon in 2005, at a super remote location called Toroweep. The elevation there is about 8500 or 9000 feet and there was no moon. I shot this with a Hasselblad on a tripod, developed it, and then frankly forgot about it. While cleaning out a box of old negs, I found this negative, scanned it and was frankly surprised at how much information is in the scan. The bright star in the middle of the circle is Polaris, the North Star.
